UN deliberating SC expansion.

Finally there is something moving to change the composition of the UN security council. For long it has been in the clutches of the so-called powers that be despite their receding influence on the international political scenario and the rise of more meaningful powers.

Although it looks like a decision cannot be arrived at any sooner it is however a positive measure to acknowledge the presence of countries like India.
