Remind the strong PM about 'Bihar'

I am puzzled as to why nobody from the BJP has raised the issue of the imposition of President's rule in Bihar almost overnight which was hastily approved by the then president Mr. Kalam from Russia, when talking about the weakness of the Prime Minister.

That was one situation where the Prime Minister of the country Dr. Singh has shown his immaturity in understanding political scenario where he heeded to the ill-advice of the allies like Lalu, Paswan and probably his own political master at home the Congress President. This action had to be later struck down by the Supreme Court. Such a shame.

What kind of a PM would recommend such an action? A strong one or a weak one!
