Amar Singh accused of Corruption..

Its the spinmasters turn to be the target of the Mayawathi regime this time.

An FIR was filed against Amar Singh and his wife for allegedly misusing his official position as the Chaiman of the Uttar Pradesh Development Council between 2003-08.

He has been accused of siphoning of and amassing funds of around Rs. 500 crores through 'wrongful means'.

Being the high profile person that he is this has snowballed into a controversy and could we be a flashpoint between the two feudals of UP: Mayawathi and Mulayam.

Mulayam for his part has asked the Prime Minister to step in and rein in the Mayawatho regime that is on a 'witch-hunt'.
