The Commonwealth games is going to be on hell of a showdown between officials of the CGF (Commonwealth Games Federation) and the Commonwealth games Organising Committee.

I think the tournament is going to be the loser in the battle. Day in and day out the two outfits are trading charges and counter-charges and Suresh Kalmadi, being the kind of Indian organiser that he is, is not ready to let criticism come his way despite the responsibility to get the works done on time being his responsibility.

One can only hope and pray that the games would commence smoothly and on time.
