So A Q Khan, the so called father of Pakistan's nuclear programme (and of 12 other countries' programmes as well) is let off.
Does he have a votebank or something that the ruling establishment can benefit from in the future ? However rogue they are as a nation, he is an aberration.
Or above all is Pakistan yelling out to the world that it does not care what the world community thinks about their rogue scientist who confessed selling nuclear technology related information to as many as 12 countries. This latest action is, in no less equivocal terms, a direct endorsement of his activities of the past. Britain, seeking IAEA access to A Q Khan is like singing to a deaf man. Who is ready to listen to them (Britain) or for that matter, anyone.
I am eagerly waiting to see him do something bigger this time, if else he does not deserve to be in that country.
